In our pursuit for compliance we frequently carry out systematic internal revisions, and partake in external audits - to identify vulnerabilities or discrepancies, and promote continuous improvement and organizational health and effectiveness.
Environment
Initiatives for sustainability
At Jarmo, we do not take lightly the influence our work can have on the environment. We therefore strive for the most environmentally friendly operation possible - in relation to its context and available resources. We seek to protect our external environment by reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, substituting environmental toxins, reducing resource consumption and increasing the use of sustainable and eco-labelled products.
We mainly use NORSOK M-650 or ISO 17782 qualified suppliers, and frequently evaluate our suppliers to ensure they are in adherence with our ethics standard.
On a preventive basis, we continuously seek to identify measures that can contribute to the reduction of the damage and degradation inflicted upon our environment, due to our activities, deliveries and services.
