Our specialty lies within this market, and our many projects through the years have equipped us with valuable competence - as the quality of each component we manufacture can have a major impact on the performance of the entire system
Each pipe spool - along with other crucial components - is crafted to meet strict engineering specifications and standards, ensuring integrity and reliability during operation.
For the most part, all our oil & gas projects consists of scope and specifications definition, project planning, welding, non-destructive testing, pressure testing, surface treatment and MRB documentation issuance.

Fire water pipeline - 2021
Fabrication for Equinor Sture: Pipe Specs; AC202
- 64 of 12" Carbon Spools
- 26 of 6", 4", 1" and 3/4" Carbon Spools
- 49 of 6" Carbon Fire Hydrants
Totaling in over 700 meters with pipe and over 5000 welds in one project!

OWS Pipeline - 2024
Fabrication for Equinor Sture: Pipe Specs; AC201
- 29 of 16'' Carbon Spools
Over 230 meters with pipes disassembled, reassembled and pressure tested in 7 days. Pre-replacement a stress test was also arranged and post-replacement a SAT was carried out.
The project totaled in almost 28 000 mm of weld! Check out more information on the project here.

- 1 off 16'' x3'' x2'' Carbon Manifoil
Materials had to be shipped with express from Italy and UK, and even with 59 welds, we manufactured and delivered in just 12 days!
